February issue of Allure featuring Jennifer Aniston
I recommend this issue of Allure! There are some great beauty articles and I loved Jennifer's interview. She seems so down-to-earth and someone you'd want as a friend :) (no pun intended)
This woman's 42 year old body puts my 24 year old body to shame!
I decided that I wanted to know exactly what she does to get this type of body so I did a little research...
Jennifer mixes cardio (to burn fat) with yoga and pilates (to build muscle).
I found this helpful article at Shape.com:
Top 4 Yoga Poses - from Jennifer Aniston's Yogi - to Help You Feel Better
1. Tree Pose: When You're Stressed
How to do it: Stand with right foot on the inside of left calf or thigh, knee pointing out. Place hands in prayer position in front of chest, palms together, and hold for 3 breaths. Slowly raise your arms overhead [shown] and hold for 30 seconds. Repeat on opposite side.
2. Twisting Lunge: When You're Angry
Why it works: "When you're irritated, toxins build up in your liver; this yoga pose literally 'wrings' them out and massages your organs to help you calm down—I've felt it work!"
How to do it: Lunge forward with right leg until thigh is parallel to floor. Place left palm next to inside of right foot, and extend right arm up, rotating shoulders and right palm upward. Look up at hand [shown]. Hold for 5 breaths; repeat on opposite side.
Camel: When You're Sad
Why it works: "This yoga pose helps open up your lungs so you can breathe deeply, which increases oxygen levels in your blood. That elevates your mood and makes you feel better."
How to do it: Kneel with legs shoulder-width apart, arch back, and reach hands behind you to grasp your heels. Push your hips forward so they're aligned with knees, and relax your head and neck [shown]. Hold 30 seconds, and remember to breathe deeply.
Shoulder Stand: When You're Tired
Why it works: "From this yoga position you'll increase the blood flow to your brain, which will boost your energy."
How to do it: Lie face-up with arms at sides, palms on mat, and pull knees in toward chest. Press palms down as you raise hips and extend legs straight up, placing your hands on the small of your back to support you [shown]. Hold 30 seconds.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll definitely have to grab it!
The cover picture of her is kind of funky. It's a great picture but doesn't really look like her!

She's gorgeous but she's had no children either so I'm not surprised she looks so fab!
yes, she puts my 26-year-old body to shame. I wish I could snap my fingers and look like her. oh well, time to work with I got!!! Hope you had a good weekend. The weather was aaaaammazing!!
Great post! Lately it's so hard for me to get motivated to work out..and I have memberships to two different gyms, sad!
Jennifer looks gorgeous on the cover but seriously air brushed!! She does have the best body ever though, especially for being 42. My friend David sat behind her at the People's Choice awards and said you could see every muscle in her body and that she was exquisite.
