I hate people.

Almost bought this at Barnes & Noble... Then decided I shouldn't be so pessimistic.

It's almost Friday, thank God.

Hahaha. I hope it gets better . . . or that the weekend offers you a reprieve from maddening people, at least!

It's a hilarious photo, because well sometimes people can be weird :P My best friend is reading it because she is unhappy at work with her boss... and she said it gives some good advice how to deal with crappy work situations. Hopefully you are not dealing with too much crap!! Chin up and carry on.

haha this is funny!! I need this book in my life (although I am starting my "happiness project" so maybe it's not the best idea).

p.s. GOOD LUCK on your closet makeover. I consider myself pretty good at organizing as well, but this closet of mine is just a hot mess. You don't even want to know what my storage closet looks like.

p.p.s. It's TOO COLD in Dallas!! i had to spend 10 minutes waiting on the ice to defrost off my car this morning. not ok.

Happy Friday, TGIF! ♥

Haha, I bet that book is awesome though! But I would have had the same approach about being too pessimistic. Happy Friday girl, love the blog!

Hi Lindsay! As one of the authors of I Hate People!, I was delighted to not only see your mention of our book but a picture, too, proving that the bookstore (and books) aren't dead yet!

The title's really to draw folks in and while the sentiment is what fueled the idea, the book is much more about how to succeed in business while so many around you are living in their negativity.

The sentiment is certainly proving to be worldwide, incidentally. Since we came out about a year and a half ago, the book's been published in seven other countries!

Drop me a line over at our blog and I'll see about getting you a review copy so you don't have to face the bookstore cashier...

Cheers,
Marc Hershon
